The “Ceremony for the Conferment of Honorary and Higher Degrees 2021” was held successfully on Saturday 11 December in the UM University Hall. The graduates embarked on a new life journey under the witness of their families and friends and the members of UM Community.
On the day of the congregation, the Alumni and Development Office (ADO) had organized the “Express Your Gratitude with a Gift” fundraising campaign so that the graduates can use a series of gifts with UM’s unique features to express their gratitude towards the alma mater, teachers or friends. The gifts included graduation bears, bookmarks, 40thanniversary mugs and etc. Over MOP30,000 had been raised during the fundraising campaign. We would like to thank all the participating alumni, parents, teachers and students for their support and active participation. The donation received from the campaign will be used for supporting UM’s development via the University of Macau Development Foundation.
