Dear Alumni,
People nowadays are overwhelmed by life and work pressure, and often feel tension. The emotional tension that’s left unchecked somehow can contribute to mental health problem. In order to raise knowledge and awareness about mental health of alumni, the University of Macau Alumni and Development Office (ADO) is going to organize the “Mindful and Health Workshop” in UM Anthony Lau Building (E4)-G051, at 10 am on 23 March 2019 .
The workshop is limited to 45 participants. Registrations is free of charge and accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. Interested alumni please register via online application form (click here) on or before 20 Mar 2019. Each alumni can be accompanied by one non-alumnus. Please scroll down for the detail of workshop .

這個旅程的特色： 兩位大師級導師各自就本身崗位見聞立場表述看法，透過臨床奇蹟療癒病例及經典歷史案例深入淺出介紹道理。 更會即場為乙位參加者直接面色診斷，解釋疾病不同層次的成因，開出「心鑰」處方，即場做轉化，讓療癒發生於當下。 其他參加者在了解他人的案例時，也會發現彼此也有共同的課題，只要我們能夠敞開自己的心，向內反觀，自然也能夠療癒自己，集體療癒。 (Content only Chinese) |
