1. How can I get the UM Alumni Card and what should I do?
Please fill in the “Alumni Card Application” and return to us by pressing “Submit”.

2.What are the Privileges and Benefits of the UM Alumni Card?
On presentation of the UM Alumni Card, alumni can enjoy university facility privileges and discount privileges at designated companies. For more details, please visit “Alumni Card Preferential Offer” at ADO homepage.

3.How can I get the information of alumni activities and publications?
The information of the alumni activities and publication will be sent regularly to alumni’s registered address by mail and post. If you need to update personal information or contact details, alumni can press “Update Alumni Personal Information” at the left hand side column of ADO website with your login ID and password.

4.What is the purpose of an alumni account? What to do if I forget password?
The alumni account is for alumni update their personal information whenever there are changes in their contact. If forget password, alumni can press “Forget Password” on the left hand side of the ADO website, complete the General Personal Information, new password will be automatically send to the email address provided.

5.How to apply for alumni email service? What to do if I forget password?
Alumni have to log in to their personal alumni account to apply for email service. The email will be able to use on the day after the application completed. If forget password, alumni can press “Forget Password” on the left hand side of the ADO website, complete the General Personal Information, new password will be automatically send to the email address provided.

6.If I lost my UM Alumni Card, what should I do to get the replacement?
Alumni can send press “Alumni Card Replacement” and fill the online form. ADO will re-issue an Alumni Card and send it to the address provided.

7.How to apply Testimonial or Transcript?
Alumni may apply Testimonial or Transcript by filling up the application forms. Please complete the application form and send to the Registry (For Bachelor’s Degree Programmes) or Graduate School (Postgraduate Programmes) .

8.What are the criteria to form alumni association?

9. How many alumni associations are there? How to join?
There are 15 Alumni Associations at the moment, they are:

10.What are the difference between UM Alumni Card and AAAUM Membership Card?
·UM Alumni Card is offered by the University to each alumnus who has registered with the Alumni and Development Office for commemorate and identification. The card owner can enjoy the benefits and privileges with designated companies included in the “UM Alumni Card Preferential Scheme”. (Please click here)
·AAAUM Membership Card is issued by University of Macau Alumni Association. More details regarding the application method of AAAUM Membership Card can be browsed in AAAUM website: http://www.aaaum.org.mo.

11.Why do we need to support and make a contribution to the University of Macau?
Your donation helps supporting and promoting the University to attain its academic and educational goals, helping the University increase its competitiveness locally and internationally, and creating all necessary and favorable conditions for such purposes.

12.How does the University of Macau handle and use the received donation?
The University will handle the donation based on the donation amount and designated purpose agreed by the donor. Donation with significant amount will be donated to the University of Macau Development Foundation for the long term development of the University.

13.What is the procedure if alumni, teachers or students wish to make a contribution to UM and receive ADO souvenirs (such as graduation bear) as an appreciation?
Interested party can visit the “Donation for a gift” (click here) page of the ADO website. Please send an email to donation@umac.mo and include your contact method such as contact number and address, as well as the souvenirs that you wish to receive as an appreciation. Alternatively, you can visit our office during office hour to make your donation and collect your gift.

14.How can alumni, teachers and students participate in donation activities and support the University?
ADO will hold different souvenir fund-raising booth activities throughout the year, such as Graduation Photo Taking Day, Congregation, etc. You can make these chances to make donation and support the development of UM. Besides, ADO is planning to organize different variety of fund-raising and charity activities on campus. Interested parties can visit our website for updates.
