In coordination with the Sino-Luso Industry and Culture Exchange Promotion Association (Macao), the Alumni and Development Office (ADO) and the Career Development Centre of Student Affairs Office (CDC-SAO) co-organized the “Corporate Experience Scheme”, leaded by the Director of ADO, Ms. Cindy Lam, UM students and alumni visited the Macao Young Entrepreneur Incubation Centre (MYEIC) on 14 April (Wednesday). This activity aims to provide opportunities for students and alumni to know about the career prospects and entrepreneurial opportunities in different fields, which could help them to prepare themselves for job hunting or entrepreneurship in the near future.

The UM delegation received a warm welcome from the Director of MYEIC, Mr. Carlos Lam Ka Vai and his team members, five UM alumni stationed teams and Ms. Kylie Chim were invited to share their project insights and entrepreneurship experiences with the participants; they advised the participants to stay tuned with the latest market trends and be brave to seize opportunities when they started the job hunting process or entrepreneurship.

A short tour was arranged afterwards for the participants to visit MYEIC’s facilities and have a comprehensive understanding of the Centre and its entrepreneurship supporting services. The delegation took a group photo with the team members of MYEIC and the Sino-Luso Industry and Culture Exchange Promotion Association (Macao) at the end of the visit.
