Do you want to be friends with different senior alumni mentors to gain advice on career development? Young alumni can also learn the soft skills in the workplace and life experiences from the seniors. Therefore, we cordially invite you to join the program “2022/2023 Alumni Mentorship Scheme” which is co-organized by the Alumni and Development Office (ADO) and Career Development Centre of Student Affairs Office (SAO-CDC). As mentee, participants can meet friends from different backgrounds and ages, communicate with senior alumni from different industries and to broaden the social network.
Eligibility: Fresh graduates and 1-2 years UM graduates
Scheme details:
- The scheme lasts for about 4 months, which aims to promote interacting between for mentors and mentees throughout a series of activities. It also provides opportunities for mentees to broaden their social networks and get to know more about the current trend of different industries.
- Mentors and mentees will be matched based on their backgrounds, majors and interests. Senior alumni will be participated as mentors to share their experiences and give advice to their mentee. Mentors and mentees can contact each other via their preferred methods to foster the communication and build up a friendly relationship.
